Randy Goss
Founder & Principal Agent
I have lived in the Humble area off and on since the 1980's. I have been an active member of the community and have come to know the area well. I look forward to helping the members of my community with their insurance and financial needs.
One of the things I like best about representing our agency is the variety of products and services I can offer customers. More than insurance, I can offer a variety of solutions to address their financial needs – such as saving for a child’s education or retirement.

Colin Goss
Colin oversees daily operations, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care and professional advice. Colin Goss started his insurance career in 2009 when he joined Goss & Associates as a part-time administrative worker. Over time, he gained more responsibilities and assumed new roles. Colin's favorite aspect of his job is working with clients and helping our team members provide a level of service that is second to none.
An outdoor enthusiast, Colin enjoys boating, golfing, snowboarding, and fishing in his free time. He loves spending time with his family, is a proud Texas A&M Aggie, and a dedicated supporter of Houston sports teams.

Stephanie McCoy
Stephanie McCoy began her insurance career in 2003 and joined Goss & Associates in 2010. As the Office Manager of our Humble location, she has been working with many of our clients for over a decade. People have come to trust her and know she has everyone's best interest at heart. Her favorite part of the job is helping and connecting with customers, resolving any problem quickly, helping customers through claims situations, and making sure them receive the best support and coverage possible.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves reading, spending time with her daughter, and relaxing time at the beach, her favorite place to unwind.
Tiffany St. John began her career in the insurance industry in 2001 and joined Goss & Associates in 2022 as the Office Manager of our Houston location. She knows most of our customers by name and offers a friendly, trusted voice in the agency. Tiffany's favorite part of the job is being able to help people in any way she can, especially when they need assistance the most.
Though she's a lifelong Texan, Tiffany doesn't enjoy country music, but she loves the outdoors and anything animal-related. She has a talent for baking and enjoys collecting rocks as a hobby. Her passion for nature and animals is a significant part of her life, and she finds joy in exploring the natural world around her.

Ben Killian
Sales representative
Ben Killian began his career in the insurance industry when he joined Goss & Associates in 2024. Prior experience in Real Estate helped him make the transition to Insurance, where he still gets to work directly with customers. Ben's favorite part of his job is helping people find the right insurance options tailored to their needs, helping them receive the best coverage and service possible.
Outside of work, Ben is an avid golfer who loves spending his weekends on the course. He is also a dedicated, albeit often disappointed, Dallas Cowboys fan—a passion he proudly embraces.

Nancy Torres
Nancy Torres began her career in the insurance industry in 2009 and joined the Agency in 2025 as a Customer Service Representative. Fluent in English and Spanish, she services a wide range of policy types. Nancy enjoys meeting new customers and helping them find the right coverage while also identifying ways to save money along the way.
What Nancy values most about her role is the opportunity to connect with people and make insurance feel simple and rewarding. She takes pride in assisting customers through their insurance options so they feel confident, informed, and well protected.
Outside of work, Nancy has a creative and energetic side. She plays the oboe and loves to dance. In one especially memorable experience, she even had the chance to be a backup dancer for Shakira once.
Ashley Gallegos started her insurance career in 2017 and joined Goss & Associates in 2023. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she offers a wide array of coverage options. Ashley's favorite part of her job is building connections with people and helping them find the right coverage to fit their needs.
Outside of work, Ashley is a lover of old Hollywood movies and has a deep appreciation for art and culture. She enjoys immersing herself in classic films and exploring different artistic expressions, enriching her understanding of the world around her.
